Rental Locaters provides quality property management for both absentee owners and local owners who wish to have a third party manage their properties. Rental Locaters provides customized management packages based on the needs of the owners.  Our management services include the following:

• Weekly property inspection followed by email report to the owner/landlord

• Payment of phone bill, electric bill, maid, gardener, etc.

• Collect and remit rents

• Monthly statement of account

• Arrange for any repairs with prior approval
